About Me
I’m Martine, a Leadership Coach, currently completing the CoachRICE program at Rice University, and working toward my accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I grew up in Cape Town, South Africa, and moved to the United States after completing my undergraduate degree.Houston, Texas has been home for over 25 years, where I have cultivated a career as a human resource and change management professional.
When I’m not working, I love to travel, and I recently discovered the joy of running, having completed my first half-marathon in 2024.
I have held business partner, specialist and leadership roles across high-tech, energy and manufacturing industries, in large public corporations, growing PE-backed companies, and consulting environments.
My experiences and broad perspective allow me to meet my coaching clients where they are — whether navigating change, stepping into leadership, or seeking greater purpose and impact in work and life.
